Lasagna D'Italia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium-sized onion or 1 envelope dry soup mix
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce (Hunt's)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. dry cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare the lasagna noodles.
    Brown the hamburger and add to the sauce.
    Simmer 20 minutes, then cool.
    Mix the Mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese together.
    Grease pan; layer noodles, 1/3 meat sauce, 1/3 of cheese and 1/3 cottage cheese. Put 4 more noodles in the opposite direction (1/3 cheese, 1/3 meat sauce) and final 4 noodles, then meat sauce, then cheeses, ending with cottage cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes before cutting.
