Southern Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can creamed corn (2 c.)
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and add to melted butter and corn.
Beat well and drop by spoonfuls in deep fat.
When brown, serve with syrup and butter.
