Pickled Mango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Japanese vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
    1/2 pkg. seedless Li Hing Mui or about 1/4 c.
    sliced green mangoes
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except mangoes.
    Mix well and pour over sliced mangoes.
    Mix every 2 hours.
    Leave out overnight.
