Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) box dry Jell-O
1 qt. fresh strawberries
2 uncooked pie shells
whipped cream

Preparation

Combine the sugar, cornstarch and water.
Cook and stir until thick and clear.
Add the Jell-O; allow to cool and add 1 quart fresh strawberries.
Pour into 2 pie shells.
Top with whipped cream.
