Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 large onion
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    enough butter to grease baking dish
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salted water.
    Drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 the dressing mix for topping. Line casserole with remaining dressing mix.
    Fill with squash mixture.
    Cover with reserved mix.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
