Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. light raisins
    1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped (or whole)
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda in large bowl. Cut in butter.
    Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once.
    Stir until moist.
    Fold in raisins and cranberries.
    Spoon into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    All cranberries can be used instead of raisins.
