Peanut Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips, melted
    1 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Cook butter, sugar,
    syrup
    and water in large saucepan on moderate heat until it reaches 300\u00b0 or to hard crack stage. Remove from heat; quickly\tstir
    in nuts and spread in lightly buttered cookie sheet
    pan.\tCool.
    Spread
    with melted chocolate (use 1/2 for
    each
    side)
    and sprinkle with crushed nuts (1/2 cup to each side).
    Cool
    thoroughly
    until chocolate is firm.\tRemove from pan,
    turn\tcandy over and spread remaining chocolate and nuts on other side.
