Zucchini Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green zucchini
    1 small yellow zucchini
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (15 oz.) can Italian or salsa tomatoes
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. Alpine Touch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice zucchini and onion and saute in butter until just tender.
    Add Italian style tomatoes and cheese and heat until cheese melts.
    If you like a little spice to your vegetables, use the salsa tomatoes.
