Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) can stuffed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
1 pkg. cheese tortellini, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large pan cook and stir garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes in medium/high heat.
Add broth and tortellini.
Heat to boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes, add spinach and tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve topped with cheese.
