Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 eggs
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except cheese, and mix well. Shape and place into shallow\tbaking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Add overlapping cheese for last few minutes to melt.
