Ingredients

1 (28 1/2 oz.) can spiced peaches (reserve juice)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. evaporated milk, chilled
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mash pecans and stir in marshmallows.
Combine sugar, 1/4 cup peach juice and cream cheese.
Beat until fluffy.
Add peaches and marshmallows.
Whip milk and add to peach mixture.
Add pecans and lemon juice.
Freeze in individual molds or in an 8 x 12-inch dish.
Serves 8 to 10.
