Food For The Angels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. coconut (optional)
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
6 egg whites, beaten very stiff
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites, then gradually add sugar and vanilla until stiff.
Fold in crackers and nuts.
Place in 10 x 14-inch buttered pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Whip the whipping cream and spread on top.
Sprinkle on coconut, if desired.
