English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans English peas (16 oz.)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sweet relish
1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 small stick Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat peas almost to boiling point.
Drain.
Add the cheese and cool.
Add all the other chopped ingredients, that have been chopped, and mix into the peas.
Add enough mayonnaise to stir together.
Cool and serve.
