Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine corn, butter, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and sugar (if desired) in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Turn corn mixture into a prepared casserole.
    Cover lightly with a lid or foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set in the center and crust forms around the edge.
    Makes 6 servings.
