Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 pie shell pastry
Preparation
    Line
    pie
    pan
    with pie shell.
    Prick sides and bottom. Bake at
    425\u00b0
    for
    10 to 12 minutes.
    Cook spinach and drain. Cut cheese in 1/2-inch slices.
    Mix with flour.
    Beat eggs and whip cream;
    add
    salt
    and pepper.
    Mix and put in pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
