Chicken, Broccoli, Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (in own juice)
    3 c. bite-sized pieces, skinned cooked chicken
    2 c. bite-sized pieces cooked broccoli
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt (omit if on no-salt diet)
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    In large bowl, lightly toss all ingredients and reserved juice.
    Cover. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
