Spicy Cheese Stuffed Shells(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 jumbo shells
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters (1 egg, beaten)
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
    1/2 c. grated (shredded) Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of ground red pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can green chilies, cut up finely
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook shells; rinse in cool water and drain well.
