Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 green onions, minced
8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento
1 (4 oz.) jar or can diced green chilies
Preparation

Mix together dressing mix, cream cheese and onions. Spread on tortillas. Drain pimiento and chilies and blot dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle on top of cream cheese. Roll tortillas tightly and chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Serve with spirals facing up.
