Sausage And Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. herbs seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    In skillet, cook sausage and onions until meat is brown and onion tender.
    Remove from drippings with slotted spoon.
    Use same skillet and cook livers in drippings over medium heat for 8 minutes or until done.
    Drain thoroughly and cool lightly.
    In blender, combine livers, milk and mustard; process well.
    Add sausage, cream cheese, herbs seasoning and garlic powder.
    Blend well.
    Line a 3 cup mold with plastic wrap.
    Spoon in mixture. Chill overnight.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    Remove plastic wrap. Garnish with parsley.
