Baking Pan Coating - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. vegetable shortening
1/2 flour
1/2 vegetable oil
Preparation

In mixer bowl blend shortening and flour until thoroughly creamed.
Then add oil, whipping until the consistency of mayonnaise.
Add coloring, if desired.
Keep in covered, wide mouthed container.
Brush on pan with pastry brush.
