Scallop With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    ginger (few pieces)
    cooking wine (little)
    garlic (1 piece)
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    1/2 lb. scallops
    2 bunches broccoli
Preparation
    Heat wok or pan over high heat.
    Add oil; heat until hot.
    Add garlic (smashed) until smell of aroma.
    Then add salt, sugar, scallops, broccoli, ginger and cooking wine and stir for 30 seconds.
    Add chicken broth and continue stirring until well done and serve.
