Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 sweet apples
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Quarter, core and peel the apples.
    Cut apple quarters in half and put them in a saucepan.
    Add water and sprinkle on cinnamon. Then cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Mash apples with a potato masher or with a blender.
    Cool and eat.
    Makes 6 small servings.
