Sweet Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 qt. rich milk
salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
Preparation

Grate corn and mix it in the milk, rubbing well to get hulls free.
Then rub through a fine sieve to get rid of hulls.
Work the flour and butter to a cream, then beat in sugar and well beaten yolks.
Then add the beaten whites and add all to the corn and milk mixture, with salt to taste.
Bake.
Eat as side dish with cream and sugar as pudding.
