Chocolate Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring cocoa, sugar, milk and syrup to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat so it keeps a gentle boil and until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Then add the butter and vanilla; wait 15 minutes and then stir well.
(I bake a chocolate cake, cut in large squares and place an ice cream square in the middle of the cake.
Top with the fudge sauce, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.)
