Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. cabbage, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. beef bouillon
Preparation

In skillet, brown hamburger; drain.
Add onion, carrots, celery and cabbage.
Combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and beef bouillon.
Add to crock-pot and stir to blend.
Cover and cook on low setting for several hours.
Makes 8 servings.
