Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 large can peaches, drained
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
5 to 6 Tbsp. peach juice
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil and pour in greased and floured pan.
Arrange peaches on cake batter.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice; spread on top of peaches.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool.
