Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Mix flour and salt; add eggs one at a time and beat until mixed well.
Add buttermilk and vanilla and beat until well combined.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
