Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. peeled and shredded apples
    1/2 c. snipped dates
    1 c. snipped prunes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon in mixing bowl and set aside.
    Combine carrots, apples, dates, raisins, nuts and prunes. Stir in beaten eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 14 or 16 muffins.
