Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion together.
    Shape into balls.
    Cook until meat balls are browned on all sides.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add more water during cooking if necessary.
