Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. walnuts, ground
Preparation
