China Boy Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. boiling water
    3 1/5 oz. beef bouillon cubes
    10 oz. canned mushroom pieces, drained
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    10 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    10 oz. bamboo shoots
    2 c. fresh bean sprouts
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat cooking oil in frying pan, then add next 4 ingredients in the order given.
    Saute to soften.
    Stir to break up meat and continue cooking until no pink color remains.
