Pepper Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck roast
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper
    1 c. rice
    12 oz. ketchup
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut beef into thin strips.
    Brown beef and onions.
    Add sliced pepper, ketchup, sauce, salt, pepper and enough water to cover. Simmer for 1 hour.
    Cook rice.
    Serve pepper and beef over rice.
