Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Place broccoli in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
    Mix flour with milk to make a paste.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add margarine and cheese. Place over low heat and stir until melted and thick.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Crush crackers fine and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Best when bubbly hot!
