Creamy Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs
    3 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation
    Beat eggs separately but stir together before pouring over rhubarb.
    Makes two 9-inch pies.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
