Buffet Beef In Beer(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 envelope onion soup mix (for 4 servings)
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    In crock-pot, mix well beer, soup mix and gravy mix.
    In plastic bag, shake flour and steak until coated.
    Empty bag contents into crock-pot. Gently stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on low about 8 hours.
    Garnish with dill weed if desired.
