Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (23 oz.) jar applesauce (2 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves (ground)
    1/8 tsp. allspice (ground)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat for 50 minutes or until very thick, stirring occasionally. Store in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
