Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat from 3 to 4 lobsters or 2 cans thawed frozen lobster
    2 lb. scallops
    2 lb. shrimp
    1 can mushrooms
    3 cans Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
    3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Cook and devein shrimp.
    Lightly brown scallops in a frypan with 1 tablespoon of butter (if using large scallops, cut them into bite size pieces).
    Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and gently warm; do not cover.
    Delicious served over rice or in pastry cups.
    Yields approximately 20 to 25 servings as part of a buffet.
