Easy Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cut in cubes, or 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken, cooked
    10 to 15 pitted olives
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    chili powder
    small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook the onion and garlic in vegetable oil until soft.
    Add the tomatoes and kidney beans.
    Add chili powder.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken and olives.
    Let chili simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
