Pecan Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 eggs
1 tsp. sage
Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Heat cooking oil in skillet over medium heat; drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into oil.
Cook until lightly brown on all sides.
Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
