Beef-N-Noodles Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 oz. noodles (dry)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. dry oregano
    1 can diced tomatoes, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, brown the ground beef. Drain the fat from the beef. Stir in the garlic and onions and cook until tender (about 3 minutes). Cook noodles according to package directions. Add cooked noodles to beef mixture; stir well. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Add diced tomatoes to beef and noodle mixture; stir. Transfer mixture to a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
