Collectors Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 or 3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. water
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Add eggs; beat one at a time on medium speed.
Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
Bake in 2 greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes for 8-inch pan or 30 to 35 minutes for 9-inch pan.
