Ingredients

1 can beets
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beet juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Blend cornstarch, sugar, salt, beet juice and vinegar. Pour over beets in a casserole dish. Add butter. Bake in oven for a few minutes.
