Cheddar Scallion Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sweet cream butter
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
    1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook scallions until soft, about 3 minutes.
