Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. canned corn, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3/4 lb. uncooked ground beef (chuck is best, since you can't drain it)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    4 strips bacon
Preparation
    Place in 2-quart casserole in order given.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered, and for 1/2 hour, uncovered, or until bacon is crisp.
