Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry milk
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation

Mix vanilla and peppermint together and sprinkle over sugar and salt mixture.
Stir until well absorbed by sugar mixture.
Add cocoa; mix well.
Add dry milk; mix well.
Store in airtight container.
To serve, add 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mixture to one cup of boiling water.
