Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    8 scallions
    1 large onion, peeled
    1 can sliced bamboo shoots
    1 lb. thinly sliced beef tenderloin or sirloin
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    rice
Preparation
    In bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar and broth.
    Prepare spinach. Snip into small pieces.
    Slice scallions into 2-inch lengths. Cut onion into 1/4-inch slices.
    Heat oil in wok or skillet.
    Add scallions, onion, mushrooms, bamboo shoots.
    Pour sauce mix over it and cook on high for 4 minutes.
    Push spinach and meat onto vegetables in wok.
    Simmer for 2 minutes.
    Push spinach and meat down into sauce.
    Cook 3 minutes. Serve on top of hot rice. Serves 4 to 5.
