Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped raw apples
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Peel and chop apples; set aside.
    Pour oil in large bowl. Add eggs and sugar; beat well.
    Mix flour, salt, soda and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
