Apple And Herb Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. instant bouillon or 3 cubes (chicken)
    12 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 c. chopped apple
    1 c. toasted, skinned almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Add water and bouillon.
    Cook unti bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Add bouillon mixture.
    Mix well.
    Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting. Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
