Cinnamon Swirl Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1 egg
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease loaf pan.
In large bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar, yeast, salt and 1 cup flour.
Heat milk, water and 1/4 cup butter until lukewarm.
Add to flour mixture; beat 1 minute.
Add 1 cup additional flour and the egg; beat 2 minutes.
With spoon, stir in 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour until dough holds shape.
Turn out onto floured board.
Knead 8 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Cover with waxed paper and towel.
Let rest 20 minutes.
Punch dough down and roll into 8 x 15-inch pan.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Seal ends; place seam side down in loaf pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
