Oyster Mushroom Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 c. cubed bread
    1 qt. oysters, cut in half
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Using reserved bacon
    fat,
    saute
    onion
    and celery in skillet until onions
    are
    transparent,
    but
    not
    brown.
    Add sliced mushrooms; saute 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Add sauteed vegetables\tto
    bread crumbs in large mixing bowl. Add oysters, salt,
    bacon,
    paprika
    seasoning and broth; toss well with a fork.
    Stuffs a 12 to 15 pound turkey
